Dissatisfaction with ship    7 Day/Night Hawaii
Totally dissatisfied with the NCL line and their Freestyle dining disaster.
Pros:  Itinerary was very good
Cons:  Service very slow

No PRIDE on Aloha    7 Day/Night Hawaii
This was my 11th cruise, by far the worst I have ever (or will want to) go on.
Pros:  Itinerary, weather
Cons:  Food, service, attentiveness, management, cleanliness

Itinerary- Yes, Service-No    7 Day/Night Hawaii
We wanted to visit several islands to sample the area and the NCL itinerary fit the bill since we did not have enough time to cruise in from the mainland and did not want to hop to each island by plane.
Pros:  Itinerary was what we wanted.
Cons:  Service really missed the mark.

Sick on the Seas    10 Day/Night Hawaii
We chose NCL's Pride of Aloha because we wanted to visit the Hawaiian islands and see as much as we could and the itinerary was what we were looking for. But, as for accommodations and service, NCL rates at the bottom of the other two ships I have been on: Grand Princess and Carnival. They were both excellent in all aspects.
Pros:  Good itinerary
Cons:  Small rooms/bad service/inadequate food/lack of music/cleanliness

Pride of Aloha    10 Day/Night Hawaii
First time in Hawaii so it was all new and different and shipboard problems were less vexing to us but many others were very unhappy.
Pros:  Interesting destinations, well-organized shore tours
Cons:  Disorganized restaurant (Crossings), tiny cabins, overnight layovers rather than going to Fanning Is

Very Poor Experience    10 Day/Night Hawaii
This was my third cruise, and my honeymoon, and it was the worst cruising experience I have ever had. The only thing that made my honeymoon memorable was the amazing destination of Hawaii. But for the amount of money we spent, I do not feel we got even close to an acceptable experience.
Pros:  The comedy shows were wonderful! The housekeeping staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. And lastly, the destination itself, HAWAII is awesome!
Cons:  The service was very poor. The room was the smallest room EVER (and it was an upgraded balcony room). Everything for purchase on the boat is very EXPENSIVE. Management doesn't follow through on issues.

A Disappointment for 11 of Us!    11 Day/Night Hawaii
Unfortunately, I can't think of anything positive to say except I was able to spend Christmas and New Year's with my wonderful family. Everything "ship related" was a disaster.
Pros:  Beautiful ports of call
Cons:  Everything ship related

Easy way to see four islands and only have to unpack once.

Pride of Aloha 10-Day Disaster    10 Day/Night Hawaii
We chose this US flagship so as to stay around Hawaiian islands. Thanks to itinerary and weather, our disaster cruise is still memorable.
Pros:  Itinerary and great weather saved this cruise.
Cons:  Terrible housekeeping, ran out of food, rude staff, same sheets 10 days
