| Overall, I was happy with my cruise on NCL Dream. Will I be back? I'll have to think about that after sailing with some other cruise lines first. |
Pros: Freestyle dining and awesome entertainment

| Overall, I would say that the Dream was a wonderful cruise with very little negative points. I would sail on it again if given the opportunity.

| Ports of call excellent but NCL is not a good line, poor quality of food, poor service (pre tipping policy), Freestyle cruising means waiting on line for dinner. |

Never Again With Norwegian!  |

| Buffet food was disgusting unless you like black beans and bologna and strange cuts of fish. Poor fruit, vegetable, seafood (none), and dessert choices. Pizzeria is terrible with the worst pizza I have ever had. Freestyle dining was non-existent, my husband and I were turned away each night and asked to come back up to three hours later due to lack of seating. Entertainment was very poor and insulting. Cabins and public areas need a good cleaning and some TLC. Room service very slow, up to two hours wait for two items. Service to the rooms was incorrectly done six separate times (wine delivery, birthday gift delivery, breakfast service time). Drain in bathroom overflowed and no one ever came to fix it although we called three times. Disembarkation was a nightmare, long lineups and many mistakes on bill. |
Pros: Friendly staff, good shore excursions although very overpriced, internet available although overpriced and slow
Cons: Terrible food, Freestyle dining was non-existent, cabin was not clean, public areas needed a good cleaning and some TLC, horrible entertainment
